Next session recommendations — two periodisation modes to choose from:
- Linear Progression — adds 1.25kg per session on upper body lifts, 2.5kg on lower, running 3 sets of 5
- Daily Undulating Periodisation (DUP) — rotates between Heavy (4×4–6 at 90% 1RM), Medium (4×8–10 at 75%), and Light (4×12–15 at 65%) across sessions
- 1RM projection — set a target date and see your projected one-rep max based on your current trend

Yes. Modules are add-ons that layer on top of The Gym Blueprint base subscription (£14.99/month). You must have an active base subscription to access module features inside the app.
